Objectives:
1. To educate more students from different backgrounds about EPS
2. To find candidates for competitions (speaking & debate) and offer help
Venue:

Class size:≦24
Requirement for students：
1. Keen interest and passion in English public speaking (speaking and/or debate).
2. Intelligence & Diligence
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Preferable: experience in speaking and/or debate
Evaluation (100%):
50% for exam (an open speech competition in June),
30% for session speech & class performance,
10% for practice (competition experience), &
10% for attendance.
